Collage Books by WAFA

“Mixed media on children’s storybooks. Collaborative work. Seattle, WA. USA.

A series of 9 collage books, passed back and forth between artists. As an experiment in disassociation, an effort was made to add to and tear away at eachother’s work, eliminating personal stake and attachment to the final outcome.”

Cut Flowers

Influenced by the beautiful wall of flowers at Tensta Konstall in Sweden (below) I stitched some flowers from my garden into paper. I then used the image from the post below and transposed it into the outline of the flowers to create a subtle linear print, that could be used as a placement print on sheer fabric or blinds.
